Custom packaging is produced after specifications, artwork, proof, and applicable payment requirements are approved. Production time varies by product structure, quantity, material availability, printing method, finishing, and project complexity.

Your quote or order confirmation will include the best available production and delivery estimate. Timelines begin after all required approvals and information are received. Rush options may be available for selected products and specifications.

We serve customers throughout the United States. Delivery options and availability for other destinations are confirmed during quotation based on shipment size, destination, carrier service, and customs requirements.

Where tracking is available, shipment details are provided after the order leaves the production or fulfillment facility. Large orders may arrive in multiple cartons, pallets, or separate shipments.

Please confirm the delivery address, contact person, access requirements, and any appointment or loading restrictions before dispatch. The customer is responsible for inspecting delivered cartons and noting visible carrier damage when the shipment is received.

Carrier delays, weather, customs, supply interruptions, and circumstances outside reasonable control can affect delivery. When practical, split shipments or alternative services may be discussed with you.

If tracking shows an issue, cartons arrive visibly damaged, or part of the order is missing, contact us promptly with the order number, delivery details, and photographs so we can assist with the carrier or production review.
