You confirm that you own or have permission to use all artwork, trademarks, text, images, and other materials supplied for production. You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully and approving spelling, dimensions, colors, placement, and other details.

Printed color, material shade, dimensions, and finishing may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. Screen previews and digital proofs are guides and may not reproduce the exact appearance of physical materials or printed output.

Prices may change if specifications, quantities, delivery requirements, taxes, duties, or material costs change. Production may be scheduled after required payment and approvals have been received.

Custom products are manufactured to order and generally cannot be returned for preference changes after approval. If you believe an order is defective or materially different from the approved specification, contact us promptly with order details and clear photographs so the matter can be reviewed.

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, supply interruptions, incomplete information, or events outside reasonable control may affect schedules.
